My own personal reaction to the VMA's 2005:
(I still don't know why I watched it - don't ask me)

Shakira = HOT
My Chemical Romance = HOT
Not letting MCR or Shakira play their whole song = LAME

R. Kelly = Retarded
Letting R. Kelly "perform" like all of his "in the closet" series = LAMER!

The Killers = Hot as usual
Hillary Duff introducing The Killers with her new GC boy toy = Awful

Jessica Simpson’s shirt = Non-existent
Lindsay Lohan's Dress = Hilarious (like, honestly, who let her go out like that)

Coldplay = BORING

Fall Out Boy, The Killers and Missy Elliot winning an award = Hot
MCR and Shakira not winning fucking anything = Awful

Things I noticed:
Mariah Carey's voice is getting worse the bigger her ego gets.
Green Day still sucks ass.
Puff Daddy should stick with one fucking name.
I need to get a life.

Only good thing that came out of the VMA's:

You know you want her.

I had to shut the television off during that one rapper dude's "acting"/"rapping" "performance". It was literally the most unbearable thing I have ever attempted to watch.
